ELIZABETH SPRING-NICHOLS is the Program Administrator for Youth and Family Services in Washtenaw County, Michigan. In 2007, she started the Early Intervention Program for those aged 12-25 who experienced prodromal symptoms or their first episode of psychosis.

Ms. Spring-Nichols is a certified Family Psychoeducation (FPE) Trainer and assisted with the implementation of FPE in Washtenaw County, Michigan. Additionally, she is a part-time faculty member at Washtenaw Community College, teaching mental health nursing. She also has an adjunct appointment at the University Of Michigan School Of Nursing.

Elizabeth received her master’s degree in Community Health Nursing from the University of Michigan.
